Man Industries India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 26, 2008, has considered and approved Buy-back of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) issued by the Company and outstanding as on date in accordance with the RBI circular dated December 08, 2008 on buy back of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) and relevant policy, as amended from time to time.
