K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2008, inter-alia, to discuss and adopt the notice for convening an Extraordinary General Meeting, for members approval to the fund raising programme of the Company either by way of ADR / GDR / FCCB or any other route as may be viable.
