Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 22, 2008, inter alia, to consider conversion into equity shares of convertible debenture and convertible warrants issued to Clearwater Capital Partners (Cyprus) Ltd and MAP Auto Ltd on preferential basis respectively.
