India Tourism Board AGM To Be Held Shortly Dividend - Dec 20, 2008

India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 28, 2008 has recommended 20% dividend. The dividend will be declared by the shareholders in the AGM to be held shortly and shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company.
