Gujarat Carbon & Industries Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2008, has appointed Mr. Sumit Jhunjhunwala, as Additional Director in place of deceased Shri. B L Jhunjhunwala. Mr. Hasmukhbhai Ambalal Patel and Mr. Kalyan Mukhopadhyay were appointed as Additional Directors of the Company respectively.
