Foods & Inns Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2008, inter alia, has inducted Mr. Milan Dalal as Co-Promoter, along with Mr. Utsav Dhupelia and Mrs. Pallavi Dhupelia, the existing Promoters of the Company, subject to the Company obtaining the consent and approval by way of a Special Resolution from the Shareholders of the Company.
