Entegra Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 22, 2008 had approved a proposal of merger of SKG Power Ventures Pvt Ltd with the Company. The board has approved a swap ratio of 500 equity shares of Rs 10/- each along with 13567 Compulsorily convertible Cumulative Preference Shares of the Face value of Rs 10/- each of Entegra Ltd for every one share of (of the face value of Rs 10/- each) SKG Power Ventures Pvt Ltd.
