Crazy Infotech Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 01, 2008, inter alia, has decided and approved to shift the Register office of the Company from 304, Bala Ashram, Rajiv Gandhi complex, Kutchery chowk, Raipur, CG - 492001 (In the state of Chhatisgarh) to 3/5, Alonkar Aadharsh, 7th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 600083 (In the state of Tamil Nadu). And all the above subjected to necessary approvals.

Crazy Infotech - Outcome Of EGM
Crazy Infotech Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on February 06, 2008, inter alia, have decided and approved the following:
1. To subdivide the face value of 1 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each to 10 Equity share of Re 1/- each.
2. To increase in authorised capital from Rs 10 crores to Rs 12 crores.
3. To issue GDR / ADR / FCCB and other instruments not exceeding US $ 50 Million subject to approval from other authorities.
