Cambridge Solutions Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 18, 2008, has approved the change in financial year from April-March to January-December.The existing financial year would be from April 01, 2008 to December 31, 2008 (9 months) and the subsequent financial years from January 1st to December 31st.
