Bheema Cements Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2008, inter alia, to allot 41,96,790 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to promoters and their associates by conversion of 41,96,790 Warrants of Rs 10/- each which were allotted to them on July 06, 2007.
